Why can I no longer log into my account at hotmail?

email hotmail from another email account?Im also sure they have some kind of support form you could probably fill out.

When was the last time you checked your email? A decade ago, I had an old hotmail.com account and it closed after a certain amount of time. I don't know if the rules changed or not since then.

i had this problem last week, and it mysteriously cleared itself up as quickly as it came. wait it out.

Yeah if you dont log in for a while the account gets closed out.

Strangely, it’s back to work, with a cleaned out account.
