Can't save Stumbleupon preferences...

I just signed up with Stumbleupon, but I can’t save any of my preferences (such as website and especially Profile Picture). Since I CANT get my profile picture up I can’t use the Stumbleupon help forums (which require a pic).

I’ve tried both my home computers (+ a laptop), different browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox) and all three timeout when I click “save preferences” without saving my changes.

What do I do? The only thing I can think of is to try a completely different internet connection but I don’t see how that would work as every other site I’m currently on runs pretty smoothly except SU.

Is it supposed to time out? On firefox the bottom of the page reads ‘done’ on the add profile pic page, whereas in IE the page will say ‘error’...this seems just like timeouts to me..
