Is it true that Republicans are trying to encourage Republicans to mail-in vote in Georgia?

Asked by JLeslie (65743points) November 30th, 2020

A get out the vote campaign to get as many Republicans as possible voting for the election coming up?

Have to laugh out loud if it is true.

I hope some Georgia jellies answer.

Do you expect a big turn out? As big as the general election?

I sure hope so it would make Trump look more of a twit than he already is.
But again I hope his base heeds to him and avoids mail in voting.

I’ve read that some Republicans believe that according to Trump’s lies about the Presidential election that this one will be rigged and they are encouraging other Republicans not to vote!

I think there will be a big turn out on both sides.

@janbb That’s too much. Lol. My guess is that’s wishful thinking by the Democrats. Although, I could see how some people might think it.

@JLeslie No – I don’t have the link now but I’ve read it in some reputable sources. Don’t know how much of an effect it will have though.

@janbb I believe you. I meant I can see how some Trumpers might think it. My sentence was unclear.

It will be very interesting to see what the turnout is like.
