What do you do to increase personal fitness and live longer?
I’ve been thinking of getting a personal trainer, however, others have told me that 31 digits of pi is enough.

Stay fit and live longer by eating only one helping of pie. Don’t overdo it.
I exercise regularly and vigorously, get adequate rest, eat a healthy diet, never touch alcohol, tobacco or any other recreational drug.
I should definately exercise more and eat more veggies and fruits to boost immunity.
Lost weight, walk a lot, carry my weekly groceries home in a backpack which provides exercise for my back and arms and legs.
Went to a Physio therapist about a month ago as he was starting a fitness training program, but I had to stop as I injured myself moving a sofa around. But learned that one does NOT have to life weights to get the same results as the Physio therapist targeted the muscle areas by using strategic exercises that he showed me how to do at home.
He also told me NOT to use the equipment in the Gym as its doing more damage than good in some cases.
