Does anyone know how to buy yards of this fabric? It’s mostly seen at flea markets made into womens blouses. It looks like it could fit a newborn, but stretches to adult size. VERY stretchy fabric.

Do you have a picture of the type of fabric you are looking for? The only time I have heard the term ‘popcorn fabric’ used is in regards to describing a chenille fabric pattern and that would not be material that stretches. It is usually used in bedspreads.
Is this the type of fabric you are looking for?
Are you talking about that kind of crazy looking origami-esque fabric? I would try Chinatown or a lower end discount fabric warehouse. (The lower end ones tend to carry more synthetics it seems.)
