Did you know the EU plans for access to encrypted chats?

Doesn’t surprise me – the EU is the worst possible example of a nanny state mentality. I see why Britain wanted to leave.

The US have been arguing for this since at least 1993 (Clipper chip). In fact anywhere you have 80 year old politicians with 0 technical insight you will have this sort of proposal

1) the article was from 2019 (January) – almost 2 years later, it hasn’t happened and probably never will.

2) that article is not visible if I have an ad blocker.
