Do you keep your refrigerator and freezer on the suggested factory settings?

Or, are they colder or warmer? Is it just the refrigerator you have now? Or, it’s pretty much always the case.

I adjust according to how full my fridge is as this affects the temperature as well.
Sometimes my fruit freezes when I have too much in the fridge.
