Would Vulcans handle covid better than humans?

I can think of very few alien races that would have handled covid worse.
The Ferengi, because they might refuse to shut down their businesses over a deadly virus.
The Founders, because they would immediately infect their whole race when patient zero merges with the Great Link (which already happened, when Odo infected them all with his disease.)
The Pakleds, because they are stupid.

Not familiar with Vulcan politics and culture.

If their leadership is nothing like the Chinese leadership who seem capable of cover-ups and rejecting their own alarm-raising citizens…if they don’t have Vulcan TV entertainers who can end up as self-serving, sociopathic and incompetent leaders…then yes they will handle deadly viruses better.
