Why does Amazon sometimes cut out parts of the table of contents in its book previews?
Do they think that someone is going to be less likely to buy a book if they can see the full table of contents? It seems so strange.

I’d just be guessing if I tried to think like Amazon. But I can tell you this for sure: whatever they’re doing, they think they’re going to make more money doing that than doing something else.
