How do I permanently eliminate my account?

I was just wandering if I would be able to eliminate my account as if it were never created. I have been diagnosed with liver failure.

You can delete your account, but your questions and posts will stay up, unless you can make a very compelling argument to the moderators to eliminate entirely all traces of you.
