Did you have to change your exercise routine? What did you do before, what are you doing now? Are you getting just as much exercise as before? Do you think you are in better health with the covid situation, the same, or worse?

Walking once a week, for about 30 minutes, to the grocery store.
Going for a one hour walk, three to four times a week. (Doctor’s orders from about four years ago to help control weight and high blood pressure.) No change for COVID.
I do a series of exercises everyday, which I have been doing for about 3 years, including some ballet style leg lifts and calf and thigh exercises, to keep my legs toned and strong, and I do 4 sets of 25 push ups (boy style) at several times throughout the day for a total of 100 per day, to tone and strengthen my arms, and chest muscles, and the byproduct of the pushups is a flattened stomach, and strengthened core. I also do a couple of other core strengthening exercises. I also do stair aerobics on my stairs. What I need to add is more flexibility movements.
So I haven’t really changed what I do, but I have increased the amount of what I do. Exercising regularly, every day, is one of the things I do to stay healthy, and to keep mentally centered.
Outrigger canoe paddling 5 days a week. Hiking 2 days a week. Plus 9 different calisthenics 5 days a week.
I get enough walking and stair climbing on my job. Think I’m good. As far as Covid goes, what, me worry? If Covid doesn’t get me something else will. I don’t sweat the Grim Reaper anymore. I ain’t getting any younger.
