What's going on with Bill Gates's vaccine factories now?

In mid-2020 there were a bunch of articles about how a group including Bill Gates was building or funding a bunch of factories to produce potential COVID vaccine candidates, before the vaccines had been fully formulated and approved (example articles: https://www.businessinsider.com/bill-gates-factories-7-different-vaccines-to-fight-coronavirus-2020-4?op=1, https://www.forbes.com/sites/williamjeakle/2020/10/09/bill-gates-lambastes-trump-for-politicizing-science/?sh=7c0314f24cdf, I know they supported an Indian factory)

Do we know what’s up with those factories now?

For example: Are they operating? Were they part of any sort of prototyping or early manufacturing research? Were any of them developed around vaccines that were ultimately found to be effective?
