Can horses have coffee?

I researched about what food horse can’t take and one of them is chocolate as it contain theobromine which is poisonous.

While I understand that and the fact coffee contains cacao, I can’t help if giving a cup of coffee would be harmless.

So is it ok to just feed a horse one cup of coffee only? (Not as a diet of course)
