How durable are gold plated iPhones?

Do they have top quality parts, like superior power connectors, or is it just a good shell with the same inferior parts?

Well the rose gold version is evidently susceptible to liquid bromine , so that’s important to know.

The end of that video also establishes a size of boulder that they are not resistant to.
