Do schools hire industrial psychologists?

In the US, most school systems have specifically trained social workers available.

@Tropical_Willie So they are like Human resources (H.R.)? Just a bit deeper?

They provide the background info the H.R uses for hiring . . . . etc !

Ph.d Psychologists requires 4 or 5 years after a Bachelor’s degree.

I’m not at all sure that all schools go to that depth. Larger systems, maybe. But small school systems in remote areas are likely to hire any breathing person with a teaching credential.
