Should I tip the window cleaners?

I’m having a window cleaning company come to clean the windows tomorrow. I used them once before. It is a small company but about 6 employees came and did a very good job. Should I tip the employees or assume they are getting paid decently?

If they do a good job tip them to show they did a good job.
With there being six of them, it makes it a bit awkward. For two guys, I might give a $10 each but I don’t want to lay out $60!
I don’t know how much it costs to clean windows but I’m guessing the employees are not getting a whole lot for doing it. If they do a good job I’d hand the employees a tip: 20% of the cost? If it takes them an hour then $5 per person. I have a stack of $5 bills that I keep for this purpose.
I figure $30 makes no difference to me but makes a difference to each one of them.
And if you have the time and are inclined naming a particular person in a review really means a lot.
I usually give them a gift card and say I thought I could at least buy you lunch. Same thing with garbage company and postal carriers.
It would depend on the size of the job and how awkward it is but if they do it well I would tell them and give them say, $20 or $30 to share between them.
PS I always feel awkward tipping. That was one thing I liked about China, no one ever tips. It just isn’t part of their culture.
If there are six, I like @LuckyGuy‘s idea of a stack of fives. I’d go out with the six fives and tell them to put this toward lunch or coffee (depending on what time it is).
I agree with @LuckyGuy about how sometimes an amount doesn’t mean much to us but to someone else who’s making ten dollars an hour or whatever they get, this little amount can mean a lot. I tip the guy who pumps the gas at the gas station, even when he doesn’t wash my windshield, just because I figure if he gets one or two dollars from a bunch of people per hour, it might double his salary or more.
Tipping this last guy would have been an unforgivable sin. You know those screen doors that have two panes of glass on the top half? I watched him. He took one down and cleaned it then, before he put it back I saw him put his fingers on the inside of the double pained glass and the print is still there. Does that make sense? I was very generous with what I paid him, too.
Update: I went to the bank and got a bunch of fives. They’re coming in a while.
Another update: Windows are so clean, I feel exposed! :-) Three guys came< I handed them six $5s and said, “Thanks for a good job. Here’s some money towards lunch.”
Thanks for the advice @LuckyGuy and @jca2!
It seems like it made your day as much as it made their day. Good choice.
It made my day too! Thanks! :-)

If an employee does the job as if s/he were doing his/her own, I would tip the whole group. Otherwise not. I would rather tip just the outstanding performer, but that can get tricky.
By the way, assume that they are not getting paid much at all. In Southern California, we know that for a fact. Because they are all illegal!
^Racism is alive and well I see.
@chyna What racism are you talking about?
