How do you grow a small indoor flower garden?

Asked by give_seek (1459points) March 24th, 2021

I would like to grow a small indoor flower garden. I don’t know if such a thing is even possible. I have windows in my apartment, but the screens do not open. I’ve tried flowering plants in the past and would like to try something new. Is growing flowers indoors a hopeless task?

I think the biggest obstacle would be sunlight. If you have enough natural light in the place you want to have the flowers, you’re probably good to go. If not, you can get “grow light” lamps or lightbulbs to give your plants enough light to live by indoors.

Look at African Violets.

It shouldn’t be to hard. All you have to do is water it and put it in the window to get sunlight.
