Cheerios. Cocoa Puffs. Trix. Froot Loops. Probably much more. The only one I’ve ever munched that way is Cheerios, but my sons have eaten all kinds of stuff like that, and my sister used to down Trix as if it were kibble.

@Jeruba has listed the ones I would have.

not Cornflakes or Raisin Bran. Raisin Bran, in my opinion, requires milk to soften the fruit.

Any sugary ones for sure.

Not muesli. Cheerios are great that way.

Honey-Comb
Frosted Flakes
Raisin Nut Bran

Not exactly what you asked: Chex snack mix. You can make it with cereal or just buy it ready made. It’s kept where the potato chips are shelved.

Either you people are talking about flavored cheerios or you like cardboard. I eat regular cheerios cuz they are quite low in sugar and I am diabetic.

Regular Cheerios. They have a subtle savory bouquet with notes of old newspaper lightly blended with dry leaves and an aftertaste of tree. Their delicate, reserved sweetness evokes licked envelopes. And their gentle crunch offers modest, yielding resistance before melting into mushy mellowness. Eat them philosophically, mindfully, for each invokes the eternal circle of life, death, and renewal and the core tenet of emptiness. Feed your body, feed your soul.

@Kardamom I love Puffins. I haven’t had them in ages!
also…Captain Crunch with no milk? You will be in the ER after one bite.

Capin Crunch is so gross! My sisters used to eat that shit.

One time my 6 year old grand daughter wanted some cereal. All we had was Cheerios so I got her a bowl of that.
Then she slyly said “You know, my favorite is Co Co Puffs.”
I thought for a second and said “No problem Mon!” and I poured Hersey’s chocolate syrup in. She ate 2 bowls! Looked good too.

Honey Bunches of Oats – not too sweet and doesn’t scatter sugar everywhere when you pour it out.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

RocketGuy's avatar

@smudges – I love that stuff, but the cinnamon sugar gets all over the place if you eat it dry.

@RocketGuy LOL It sure does!

I like mini shredded wheat and Honey Nut Cheerios. I never put milk on it. I use them for finger snacking…only occasionally though.
