I tend to listen to what my body wants and does not want, and I try to eat accordingly. I have not usually been involved in diets.
I think it’s healthiest to try to find food that one’s body authentically wants, and to realize that some industrial foods can confuse some people’s bodies into thinking they crave them, even though they are not good food (e.g. corn syrup, sugar and salt).
So if I could eat anything I wanted, I would tend to eat really good food, such as fresh traditional sushi, rice bowls with such things as good tahini, tempeh and excellent natural farm fresh vegetables, scallops, fish, Indian and Thai food, fruit smoothies, fresh berries, fruits, etc.
Food being unhealthy isn’t generally a draw for me by itself, as I don’t have a prohibition fetish around it, but if there were zero reasons not to, I would (and occasionally do) sometimes eat/drink milkshakes, root beer floats, pizza, battered fried food (fish & chips, fries), high-quality baked bread / pies / pastries, tiramisu, ice cream, sorbet, puffed corn snacks, barbeque potato chips, spare ribs, tacos, burritos, seafood chimichangas, etc.
