What would be the measurements for making an orange peel paste to remove spectacle marks?

I want to make the orange peel paste in order to remove the markings on my nose made by my glasses, except on the websites that I’ve looked at, they didn’t specify the measurements for the orange peel or the amount of milk to use. I’ll be using a whole mandarin peel, but unsure of how much milk to use.
