Do you know anyone who adores Joe Biden, but hates talking about his politics?

I don’t see it a lot with Biden. I saw it a lot with Obama, though. With Trump, the people who adored him also adored his politics.

I don’t adore Joe Biden but in terms of character he is much to be preferred over the alternative. I don’t agree with all of his politics but he is the president and I feel he can be trusted.

I don’t know many people who adore Joe Biden but I know a number who have come to respect him. I do know people who also feel tired of talking about politics ad nauseum for the last several years and may feel that now they believe there are competent people in charge, they don’t need to worry every little detail. That may be what is happening with your friends.

Personally I don’t think that is what is happening. I just think they’re generally uninterested in politics in general, and tend to enjoy the personalities and horse race aspect of politics. Which I find very disheartening.

I don’t think I know anyone who “adores” Biden.

But almost everyone I know is massively relieved that at least the POTUS is not Trump, Biden seems mostly sane and coherent, and that many of Trump’s atrocious acts have been undone.

How can you not adore Biden? He is a do-nothing sort of guy who lets himself be pushed around by our friends at BLM and Antifa. He will do exactly as instructed and will get out of the way at a reasonable time.

Lol I WISH Biden was being pushed around by BLM. Because then Biden would eventually support police reform, raise the minimum wage, raise taxes on corporations and billionaires, get money out of politics, legalize marijuana, stop aiding Saudi Arabia in the genocide in Yemen, release all non violent drug offenders, etc.

@rockfan Biden will do police reform. He wants to raise the minimum wage, raise taxes on millionaires and billionaires, and stop aiding Saudi Arabia. I am not sure (yet) whether he wants to legalize marijuana or get money out of politics or release non violent drug offenders.

Not sure where you get your news from, but he has not expressed a real desire to do those four things. He’s mentioned these things in the past to basically placate the left. But when it comes down to it, he always concedes to the Republicans
