What is a good programming language to make a multiple choice quiz?

I am good at QBasic. The trouble with it is it has a maximum of 1,600 lines of code.

What is another language to use?
Sound and graphics not needed.

I have not used it, but I took a quick look at Google Forms, and it seems relatively easy to create a multiple choice survey or quiz. Link

Almost any programming language… but it depends on how you want to distribute the quiz, and what you want to do with the results.

1600 lines should be more than enough to write a quiz program, it seems to me.
