What actions should I take regarding this dog bite?

My upstairs neighbor’s dog bit me viciously when I walked into our shared backyard this morning.

I will miss work tomorrow (unpaid) and my husband is getting screwed out of overtime this week because he had to leave only an hour into his shift to take me to urgent care. We’re looking at missing out on approximately $300 in pay this week due to an irresponsible pet owner.

What can we do, if anything?
