Are there any disc golfers out there who want to talk about golfing?
I’d like to have a conversation about different types of discs in different conditions, or whatever comes to mind. I’ve recently taken it up and I try to play about twice a week.

My son plays disc golf. There is a park here in town that’s got and 18 hole course.
My brother is a professional disc golfer! I could pass on some questions to him and post his answers here, if you’d like. He’s at a tournament every weekend in the summer to get enough points to qualify for the annual world tournament.
Now that I’m in the Bay Area, I’d love to hear about your favorite places to disc golf. My family will want to know when they visit!
@Cupcake I don’t have questions, per se. Just wanted to chat about it.
In terms of the Bay Area there are lots of places. Probably the two most challenging are Berkeley Aquatic (which I haven’t played at because I’m not good enough) and Stafford Lake in Novato. I regularly play at Hillcrest in Concord as it’s close to my house, but it’s not a very challenging course.
@Caravanfan Thanks!
How’s your disc collection coming? Do you have any favorite discs?
@Cupcake Well, I had one but I lost it in the trees at Stafford Lake. It was a Star Mamba. I need to replace it.
Why you throw your favorite Frisbee in a tree, dude??
