Why are my eyes blurry in the morning?
Rubbing them and blinking helps some what.
Are your eyes the same?

Do you sleep with your cat?
@dabbler I don’t think so, but I will drink water next time.
Yes.
For me, it seems to be because of the gluck that accumulates in them when I’m sleeping (and so not blinking).
Also it seems like whatever muscles focus the eyes take a bit to wake up and do their thing as well.as they usually do.
Yes, but mostly due to Allergies (pollen, mold spores, etc) or just being overly tired.
I noticed that along with general eye strain when I started teaching with distance learners and was spending much more time on the computer. Getting new glasses with the blue light filter helped.
Also, as the lenses in your eyes age, they get stiffer so need more time for the muscles to focus them.
