The results are being used for a new service offering at ICLEI (International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives). ICLEI is a non-profit with global reach, and focuses on supporting local governments in designing and implementing climate action plans. As ICLEI grows its membership base, the organization would like to update and improve the training programs they offer. This survey will help our capstone team identify the needs and priorities of members and non-members, with the goal of creating a robust program that will support ICLEI’s growth.
