When plugged in on both sides.
Is it dangerous for the cat?

Well, if he bites hard enough, he might get to rest in peace, you know.
I do not know, but if it bites through an ethernet cable, it will turn into a cat5e.
Is the cat a short-hair? If so, it could be cat-astrophic.
No. The cat would have to bite through both a hot (electrified) wire and a grounded wire but then the electrical short would only occur inside the cat’s mouth, possibly from tooth to tooth via the gums.
It depends upon the charger and which side is bitten.
If the cord is the side to the device, the answer is “no”. Nothing will happen. It is only 5 volts.
If the charger is corded, and plugged into AC wall current, and the cat bit into that side, the answer is “yes”. But it will only happen once.
No. Your cat, however, will become a catphone.
That claws you when you try to punch the buttons.
Your ringtone will be the cat’s meow. :-)
It would be a shocking experience and it may go a little catatonic but give it a little time and it will be more grounded.
Depends on how much electricity is in charger. A little will hurt but not kill but a lot will kill your cat.
Nothing will happened except you will be needing a new charging cable. Most smartphone chargers charges your phones at 5v DC (direct current) and with about 1–2 Amps, and these voltages and currents are not nearly enough to kill anyone, not even a fly, let alone a cat.
Even if the cat bites into the AC side of the charger, most of them are thick plastic and can’t be bitten that easily… The risk of shock is quite low, but it’s there. Just plug the charger high ground or somewhere cat can’t reach it and that should solve the problem.
