Depends. If there is vanilla ice cream available that I can scoop on top, I definitely prefer warm. If it’s to be consumed sans-ice cream, I prefer cooler (room temp).

Apple and Blueberry pies warm from the oven with ice cream.

All others, cold with whip cream.

Warm but not too runny.

Warm and not congealed.

It is a fruit pie so it is acceptable to be a bit runny.

Also it is the one time you are allowed to lick the plate clean.

Pie is in the oven now because the kitchen will need to cool down before company comes. So it will probably be warmish but not very and not very congealed because I like the fruit to sing.

Now I want pie.

It was pretty much room temp by the time I served it; the ice cream was soft and melty.

Warm and runny.
Sort of like asking if you like a hot fudge sundae after the hot fudge gets cold
