How do I convince the hospital managers to discharge me from hospital?
I am 13, have anorexia and have been sectioned under a section 2, which was updated to a section 3 today. I am in a general hospital. I have appealed to a tribunal before to no avail. I wish to appeal to the hospital managers and I need some tips on how to convince them of my case.

If you lose too much weight, your organs start to shut down. My guess is that your life would be in danger if you leave, and they’re trying to help you. Maybe there are other issues involved as well.
The fact that you are trying to leave under these circumstances makes me wonder what’s going on with you.
Ask for legal aide. Or a mental health advocate. You might get their services for free.
You don’t!
You have an illness that needs to be treated. Be thankful you are there.
My little sister went through this. Trust me, you will be thankful for this many years later.
If you are 13, where are your parents in all this? They have power and a stake in what is going on; you are not emancipated.
Section 3 means you can be hospitalized for up to 6 months for your good.
13 years old means you are still a minor.
