Can be either natural or from lightbulbs.
As I get older I want more light for some reason. I find it depressing in low lit rooms now.
I even like the lights on in rooms I’m not in if I can see into the other room from where I’m sitting. This goes against my nature since I don’t like to waste electricity, so I rarely indulge.
