Do Russians want to be like Americans when they grow up?

Just saw a news feed that some guy in Russia walked into a university and shot and killed nine people. WTF? Do they read about crap in the U.S. and think it’s cool? (Can’t post the link because I got distracted by my grand kids wanting a ride to the ball game at the Jr. High, but I’ll try to find it).

I always thought that crap like that could only happen in America.

Nah, you(essay) are still way in front of the Russians, regarding mass shootings.
There’s one shooting per day, as opposed to one per year (that is big enough to be in the news, apparently).
