Do you have any suggestions for a cheap, managed PostgreSQL hosting solution for a tiny database?
I have a friend with a business and I’d like to set up a small data warehouse for him. He’s not very tech savvy and I can’t expect him to maintain/upgrade/update the host over time, so a virtual private server that needs someone to SSH into is not a realistic option.
Basically I’m looking for a tiny PostgreSQL instance that’s plug-and-play that will remain secure and allow me to connect other services into it for minimal cost.
I don’t expect he’ll need much in terms of resources as he’ll probably only access the data a few times a week in the form of analytics software.
