What do you think the tooth-fairy does with the billions of teeth she collects?
What sort of eldritch rituals does she use them for?
Is she building an army of tooth golems, with the ultimate goal of invading and laying waste to the mortal realm?

Eats them. Good calcium source.
She has a side job making false teeth.
All that choice enamel, just think of it. She’s pressing them into large pieces of porcelain ware before they’re fired in the kiln, making (shudder) tooth-lined cups and bowls for rich ogres to eat and drink out of.
The Tooth Fairy is one of those beings that are not entirely benign, you know, like the people of the Sidh in Gaelic folklore. It’s no surprise that she trafficks with cannibal ogres and other beings of unclean reputation. How else do you think she funds all those exchanges for cash that the kids find under their pillows?
The tooth “fairy” is actually a troll-elf chimera making it appear smaller and fairy-like. You should not allow your children’s teeth to be taken by this being. Baby teeth contain an essence that connects children to the first dimension where all of our souls once resided. As children lose their baby teeth that connection diminishes as do their abilities of sight into that realm. Once they’re all gone then the child is disconnected and fully involved with this world. The tooth “fairy” beast uses the essence in baby teeth to break the surface of this world and influence the first dimension where she steals the emotional essence of humans as they make the first transition into our world. This essence gets it high and also extends its life. The humans born without it are what we know as psychopaths. The few that understand this started the tradition of letting their children put their teeth under the pillow in exchange for something. Once the parents have the teeth they’re out of reach of the tooth beast. It can only interact with those that still have some connection to the first dimension.
She is building a stairway…
To heaven.
As Bart Simpson said, when you shake a can of spray paint, and hear something bouncing around inside, that’s a kid’s tooth…
Makes dentures. Only graduated dental school in 300 BCE.
My kids’ teeth are in a folder in my filing cabinet under “T”. I was clever enough when they were starting to shed teeth to tell them that the tooth fairy expected the teeth in an envelope. So they sealed them and carefully wrote “Tooth Fairy” on the outside. Much easier to sneak out of their pillow when they were sleeping.
Tooth fairy: foiled.

Once upon a time the fairy world and the world of men were not, as they are now, cut off from each other. Both kingdoms lived in harmony and you could come and go between them. One night the fairy people invaded the earth and at the end of bloody warfare were repulsed and the kingdoms separated.
All that remains of those distant days is the trade of cash for our children’s’ teeth, the purpose of which is forgotten.
The trade cannot take place in rooms without mirrors.
She uses them for cheap implants.
The sign outside of T Fair McDental services reads, “Over 1 billion served”!
There are many tooth Fairies. Just some of the uses:
They send them up into the night sky to become stars
They use as bricks for their white Tooth Fairy Castle
They grind the teeth to make magical fairy dust for all the fairies
Making a wizard’s tower completely from teeth and rubies.
