What equation to use?

A certain water tower is placed so that the top of the water is a height of 100 m above the town below. The tower has a circular cross-section of radius 2 m, and the air above is kept at atmospheric pressure. A faucet is open in town, and the faucet has a radius of 0.75 cm. How fast is the water travelling out of the faucet?
What formula do I use and how do I set it up?

Pressure = rho x g x h. You should have the equation for flow rate vs pressure. If you know the area, you can figure out speed.
