It’s raining cats and dogs
“Colder than a witches tit” Really, I have no real idea from that saying how cold it is.
I used to think “raining cats and dogs” was BS but I went to Orlando, FL last summer and got caught in a big rain. The drops that splattered on the windshield were the size and shape of cats and dogs!
