How much iphone storage do I really need?

Hi y’all,
I have an work iphone 7 (32 gb) that I am going to dump for an iphone 13 pro (not the max). The standard is 128 gb and it goes all the way up to 1 TB of data, which seems absolutely nuts. I’m thinking a 256 gb would be good enough. I would be using it for standard stuff, but I am getting it for the internal camera.

What do you all think?
