That would be 11 PM my time. I’ll be at work, but if there are no baddies lurking around, I might pop in for a bit. If I can figure out that zoom stuff on my phone, and not blow myself and the entire job site up. Not much of a techy here. I couldn’t have even got FB going without advice and guidance from two Fluther friends. But I might give it a shot anyway. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I’d like to come, and don’t have a problem with flying, but I have anxiety that really rears its ugly head whenever I go on a trip, even with my sister coaching me! :(

Golly! Kansas is ANOTHER 500 miles from where I reside. (Compared to Pasadena.)

I’ll be in the Bay Area sometime this winter. Not sure of the dates yet but would be happy to attend a Flutherfest depending on the state of the pandemic.

We had a great time! I have half a pastrami sandwich left over if anyone wants to share. It was so juicy and messy I had to take a shower when I got home. I should have worn a raincoat. Brian1946 had a more reasonable and health concious meal consisting of a salad and veggie burger. He probably didn’t need to hose himself off when he got home.
We made an interesting discovery. We know so much about each other and many people here, there is never a lull in the conversation.
We could talk for hours. Fun!
Let’s do it again!

Happy to hear you guys had fun. Wish I could have found a way to go. Alas, family and money and job responsibilities prevent that. Distance as well. And one of my sister’s is ill and not doing well, so there’s that. But kudos for pulling that all together.
