Oh, Betty White, you will be so missed. She was a National Treasure, why did we love her so much?

She was funny, compassionate, deeply involved with humanitarian causes, a truly lovely person. She leaves a void.

I guess she’s died then? She was pretty wonderful. RIP

When my Mom was young, she looked like Betty White.

I was never a big fan of hers.

It’s so very sad. She had an amazing career! She worked in TV and film for 70 or 80 years! She was indeed a treasure.

I really liked her, she was great in so many ways.
Sad and she will be missed.

I loved her on Mary Tyler Moore. I wish she could have made it to 100.

She was a great actress as well as a genuine nice person. Too few folks like that in the public sector today. Most celebs are self-centered a holes.

I loved her because she so free and unrestrained. She wasn’t afraid of sex jokes, and coming from an old lady it was hysterically unexpected.

I liked her a lot. She was pretty, appeared to be sweet, didn’t get involved in politics or controversy, and I’m sure in her 99 years, she’s seen a lot of stuff happen in the acting world, especially as a working woman.

I remember watching her on Los Angeles TV in 1950 or 1951 with Al Jarvis. She was a free spirit.

I loved her and her work so much. Started in show business right out of high school. Mary Tyler Moore and Hot in Cleveland we’re my favorites of hers.

Most of all, I loved her positive attitude and saucy humor.

She started on the radio at age 8. Yikes! Nine decades of performing. Wow.

My favorite advice from the Silver Queen:

“Why do people say ‘grow some balls?’ If you want to be tough, grow a vagina. Those things can take a pounding.”

Amen Betty.

What happened? Just saw a FB post a few days ago where she invited people to join her in celebrating her 100th birthday…

She is in St. Olaf now, RIP.

Loved Golden Girls as a young teen in the 80s. She’s now with Sophia. Heaven help those already there.

But if you think about it, it was very considerate of her to not burden us with her loss at the start of 2022. Raising a toast to Betty White, and her impeccable timing!

OK, just saw this. Her dog looks exactly like mine, down to the white right front leg and fawn sleeve on the left front leg. I guess that means that Betty White is looking out for my silly dog!

She missed turning 100 by 17 days. @mazingerz88, yes, they’re all together now. . .Sophia, Blanche, Dorothy, and Rose.

I thought it was interesting that four from The Mary Tyler Moore show passed this year.
Gavin MacLeod (Murray)
Ed Asner (Mr. Grant)
Cloris Leachman (Phyllis)
and now Betty White (Sue Ann Nivens)

She had no desire to rejoin past co-workers. She was anxious to be reunited with her husband.

Because she made us laugh and she made us cry.

Watching The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and Betty White.

Oh! What was that movie where she was feeding a monster alligator? That was funny!
