For nearly everything you find on the right side of the body, there is another on the left, from organs to bones to lymph nodes to veins and arteries, except only one liver.

More like what do we only have one of. Almost everything is in pairs.

Two feet, hands, tibia, ulna, ovaries, eyes, triceps, biceps, canine teeth, index fingers, the list is huge.

There’s a whole list. It’s a good search engine question.

I sometimes wish, for myself, but also for some others, that we’d had two brains.

We do,actually, @rebbel. The left hemisphere and the right, connected by the Corpus Callosum If, for some reason, the corpus callosum gets severed freaky things happen. It won’t kill you. But it’s weird..
I was told, in college, that if it’s severed you can whisper something in a person’s left ear, then go around to the right ear and ask what you just said, the person would have no idea.

I’m of two minds regarding the listing of all possible pairs.
