Is "Boba Fett should not be turned into a good guy" a valid criticism of the Boba Fett show?
I do not think it is.
Boba Fett was never a villain. He was a bounty hunter.
Sure, he worked for questionable people, but his marks were criminals, too.
It should not be forgotten, that Hans Olo was a straight up criminal.

He did witness the jedi murder his father father figure source clone. You don’t see him going on a jedi murdering rampage. It is just business.
He has neither been truly good or bad. Whether in his brief movie appearances or in the extended universe books or comics, he is morally grey.
Book of Boba Fett continues this IMHO.
The urge to label characters as 100% good/evil is itself the problem. Ambiguity makes characters more interesting. I’ve been enjoying the series thus far.
I think he should be turned into good food, which is why I’ve renamed him Boba Fettuccine. :P
He helped the sand people but other than that I’ve seen nothing except a badass bounty hunter doing his job.
Thank goodness episode 2 was so much better. The evil wookie and the twins will be fun to watch. We love it!
Hans Olo? Seriously?
Boba Fett wasn’t a villain. He wasn’t a good guy, but I don’t mind exploring the complexity here. Very few people are either good or bad, in a binary way.
