What horror movie is this?

It is an older horror film.
What I remember of it, is that it is set on an abandoned ship, probably a large fishing boat, or a freighter.
There are 2 scenes I recall.
In one, a woman takes a shower, and blood comes out of the shower head.
In another, a guy gets crushed to death inside a net filled with bones.

That is probably the one. There is a version of it on Youtube, but that one seems to have cut out the shower scene.
