Is there a cause and effect connection between Ben Rothelsberger's retirement and the collapse of the Frick Park bridge in Pittsburgh?

They are correlated, although causation is not demonstrated. Both were well past their functonal use, and never lived up to expectations.

To demonstrate more connection, the Frick park bridge would have to rape women.

You’re kidding, right? Like the bridge cares about football, much less a specific team??

Of course there is. If trump had still been in office, both situations would have turned out better or at least we would have had somebody on which to blame everything

It was a coincidence though that the bridge collapsed right before Biden would visit the city, talking about his infrastructure bill.

Maybe much loved in Pennsylvania. I am only vaguely aware of one.
Having a Steel Town bridge collapse is a bit on the nose.
