How come there are no chocolate covered pistachios anywhere?

Actually, you can make your own. Buy shelled pistachio nuts (not cheap, but available).
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Mix, pour on a cookie sheet, let cool.
It’s hard to compromise the perfection that is just chocolate.
I love pistachios just as they are or with a little salt. They are so delicious. I don’t like them used in sweet or savory dishes. I wouldn’t want them with chocolate or used in baklava (I have tried that, and the walnuts are better) or pudding or ice cream or crusted on a delicate fish. No, the perfection of a pistachio should not be toyed with.
Plenty around my house. I made a chocolate pistachio bark often.
