Nothing. This isn’t your matter to resolve.
I agree with @Jeruba . Step back and say nothing. This is 100% his responsibility.
Butt out. Do nothing. He’s a big boy. Let him fight his own battles.
What is it specifically you are worried about? I have a guess or two, but would rather hear the answer from you, @Bigredredbig
I agree with the others that it’s not your decision or responsibilty.
This sounds like a good thing? I don’t get it. Be happy, I guess?
Stay out of your son’s business. He will make mistakes….....just like you did; we all do.
There is risk of expense living with this woman, but the surname change is prob not one of those risks. Just tell him to look out for that, then leave him be. He is an adult now.
My step-brother married a pretty woman and took on her debts. She divorced him after they were all paid off.
In the end, @Jeruba is correct. It isn’t your matter to resolve. Is there something about this woman that you specifically don’t like? Have you taken any time to get to know her? Have you even asked your son what he is attracted to with her? It sounds like you need to resolve something, but I believe it is your feelings about the woman and why you feel that way.
