This is just a little word puzzle that I made up. It’s sort of like a riddle. There is some trait of these words that can be used to sequence them.

I originally thought that the words were meant to be part of a story. When you said that there was a rule for ordering them, I came up with the same order as @kruger_d .

Not this one. I sent him a much more interesting one some years ago (while he was still with Games magazine) and he published it.
