Have you, or anyone you know, suffered from CO poisoning?
The twins were hit with CO poisoning yesterday. Spent the day in the hospital, on oxygen and in hyperbaric chambers.
Their dad’s car had an unnoticed hole in the tail pipe. They were in the car for 45 minutes.
When they got to their destination Savannah got out of the car and fell down because she couldn’t feel her legs.
Kale had a seizure.
Their dad called my daughter who came right over. Their dad was sick too.
Corrie to one look and knew instantly what was wrong and rushed everyone to the ER.
The twins are 100% recovered, now, thank God, with no permanent damage.
Terrifying.
Check you tail pipes people! RIGHT NOW!!

Yes, my daughters school had a furnace issue many winters back when she was in 5th grade.
She passed out but came too and was ok.
About 20 children were taken to nearby hospitals.
The traumatic part for me was turning on the noon news to see them broadcasting it on TV with a helicopter reporting the scene from above before I was notified.
No fortunately not. Texas is pretty strict on emissions testing, no pass, no inspection or registration until it’s worked on. But I have never had any friends or family succumb to that.
There have been several deaths in NC from CO poisoning in hotels. This particular one had everybody up in arms and the authorities kept trying to sweep all info under the carpet. So, if you can avoid it, don’t take a room over the swimming pool. The hotel nor the authorities ever admitted to what created the problem, but 3 dead with a 4th in the hospital is a little more of a coincidence than I feel comfortable accepting. Something similar happened in KY also. I have a CO tester in my bedroom as well as one in the hall for the “just in case” situation
