I’ve never tried it, but I see no reason why it wouldn’t.

I realise I could have searched for that myself as well.
Where my question really came from, was if the water (pressure) would interfere, one way or another, with the machinery inside the apparatus.
Not so much if it would be waterproof/-resistant.
But more the physics side of it.
Now that I know they’re available in waterproof, I can probably assume that that won’t be a problem.
