It’s not for everybody, but the powerhouse cast is nearly unbelievable. Seriously, you have to wonder what sort of bankroll is required to assemble that kind of talent in such quantity. Just read the credits and your jaw will drop. @filmfann Two series that have me hooked from the same network are The Gilded Age and Somebody Somewhere. Treat yourself and don’t miss them.
Wes Anderson is treasured by actors, and they will work for him for less money.
Same with Tarantino.
I watched it Friday night. It was a delight.
I saw it in a theater in the Fall. Fun!
It’s on Amazon Prime so I may give it a try.
Have to rent or buy on Prime..
I think it really helps one’s appreciation of the movie if one is familiar with the magazine The New Yorker. They really capture the style and parody the content of that periodical.
I loved it, but I’m a Wes Anderson fan and a long-time reader of The New Yorker, so it was kind of made for me. :P
Haven’t watched it but I am a New Yorker fan and subscriber so I will check it out.
