The app “Stayfocusd” is free, simple, and effective.

You can do it at your wifi level. Varies depending on model. This will block the site (domain) from any PC or phone connected to your wifi

On the Windows device level you do it in the Windows Firewall.
It is in advanced settings. You can google it or here is an example https://www.alphr.com/block-websites-windows/

Google is advertising that they have a new app so you can schedule how many hours you’re allowed to remain on any site. I haven’t tried it yet, but you could check it out.

You do realize that once you block your site that you’re NOT allowed to go back & take the block off don’t you??? HA!!!

Update I have been off the site for a year. No special programs needed. I have unlimited internet on my phone.
