Im in 8th grade and lately my grades (specifically science motion graphs) have been dropping like crazy. My grades are super stressful since my parents are always on me about them.

I suggest you discuss this with the instructors involved. They know why you are getting these grades and can give you pointers on how to improve.
@cece_ma The higher up the academic ladder the more effort you need to give. You are competing with an ever higher class of student, and better to awesome students most who are
vying for limited academic vacancies. Natural talent will take you only so far. Effort will need to redouble every year.
I also recommend @YARNLADY‘s advice talking to your guidance councilor and teachers.
I feel like you answered (in part, at least) your own question; your parents are on your neck about your grades and as a result of that you experience anxiety.
Stress is very disadvantageous where learning is concerned.
If you had good grades before, your parents would do good by trusting you will continue with that attitude.
Maybe this role-playing video might be of interest for you.
Have you changed schools? That can cause such a scenario.
If I remember right that’s when you start learning a little more than basic algebra too. Keep at it, you may have to increase your level of effort or learn how to actually study effectively.
I remember when I had good grades and when some friends moved my grades fell harder than steel. Did anything happen like a death or someone close moved away?
Did you switch to a private school? They’re more challenging than public
Is it possible that it is just the one course that is messing you up? Maybe you are putting a lot of time into that course and it is taking time away from the other courses. Have you checked the Web for tutoring? Khan Academy covers a lot of courses. I can’t tell you specifically which course, because I have no idea what a science motion graph is. Could you give an example problem?
